What we collect

When you fill in a form on our website or one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name and location. We also collect basic website usage data (pages visited, device and browser) and use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising.

How we use it

To contact you about your enquiry, build the website demo or quote you asked for, send you information about our services, and improve our website and advertising.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run our business (website hosting, email and advertising platforms such as Meta and Google), and they only use it to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we're working with you and for a reasonable time afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@leadhivenz.com. If you're in New Zealand this is under the Privacy Act 2020, and if you're in Australia under the Privacy Act 1988. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
